Job Title: Volunteer and Events Coordinator
Reports to: Executive Director
Hours: Part-time, (15-18 hours)

Plans and coordinates events including Reconciliation Weekend, Donor Gatherings, and Fundraising Activities. Supervises volunteers including the onboarding process, scheduling, and appreciation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop a fully integrated event plan that addresses donor events that fulfill income goals.
Coordinate two major donor events that highlight the mission and result in new and increasing donor base
Develop small group donor gathering events to promote vision and donor development
Collaborate with the Development Team on donor activities that engage mid-level giving.
Create Reconciliations Weekend events (3 minimum) within budget that facilitate ongoing healing in an intimate environment
Enhance the weekend experience to meet participant and ministry expectations
Coordinate volunteer coverage to execute well planned weekend
Evaluate weekend for further enhancements and improvement
Coordinate volunteer activities, including training, scheduling, and appreciation.
Oversee volunteer activities serving as the primary contact
Create and execute new volunteer onboarding
Track schedule for home office volunteers, including hours and areas, served
Develop volunteer appreciation tactics
Compassionate heart for the abortion wounded is essential.
A personal and growing relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ is communicated through word and actions.
Follow policies and procedures stated in the If Not for Grace Ministries Handbook.
Highly relational professional with a track record of volunteer leadership and event execution.
Adherence to the highest ethical standards; demonstrates empathetic disposition and perseverance; reflects an optimistic and positive attitude and conveys sensitivity to needs of participants, volunteers, and donors
Bachelor's’ Degree Preferred.
Ability to work independently and as a team player; productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority and within diverse cultures within and outside If Not for Grace Ministries.
Proficient in the use of Google Docs and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other modules.
Ability to use contact management database systems, including Blackbaud eTapestry
Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Flexible and adaptable style; someone who can positively impact both personal and other ministry goals
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, small and large group.
• Frequently operates a computer, tablet, and other electronic devices.
• Must be able to frequently communicate with people face-to-face, by phone and through individual and group email.
• Must be able to travel by car, and other modes of transportation
